The Hot Sequence is designed to be easily accessible to everyone. Practiced in a heated room to stimulate a deep sweat, the entire series is built around strengthening the body, calming the breath and creating a relaxed and positive approach to yoga. The first portion of the sequence is comprised of standing poses that focus on balance and strength. The second half of the series is done on the floor with poses that continue to build upon strength and flexibility. Each Hot class is a set sequence meaning you will practice the same poses each class; in order to, generate more breath awareness and to maintain a consistent and balanced yoga practice. These classes are either 65 or 75 minutes in length. Participants 15-18 years of age require parental consent.
